Emanuel M. Levin (Of Counsel)
Emanuel M. Levin has been practicing law since graduating from law school in 1979 from the University of Baltimore School of Law. In the early years he honed his legal skills by beginning a partnership in 1982 in Baltimore City, Maryland. He practiced in the areas of civil law representing injured parties and criminal defense law. Throughout his entire career, his focus has primarily been litigation or trial work. He is quick on his feet and is known as a fearless and persistent attorney who fights zealously for his clients. On one occasion in court, an opposing counsel referred to him as a “well seasoned” attorney. Mr. Levin promptly responded, pointing to his hair, that he considered him self only to be “salt and peppered.”
He continued his practice in Baltimore City and in 1992, he formed his own law firm, Emanuel M. Levin & Associates, PA with a primary concentration on personal injury law representing injured persons. He has successfully resolved many different types of personal injury cases, including automobile accident, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, birth injury, police and security guard misconduct, violation of civil rights, premises liability, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice and toxic exposure. He has also handled business and estate litigation and probate matters. He has obtained tens of millions of dollars for his clients in settlements and trial verdicts through out his almost 40 years of legal practice . He has extensive trial experience in both the District Courts and Circuit Courts in Maryland and has presented oral arguments before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and Maryland Court of Appeals. His collective experience as an advocate benefits his injured clients as their claims make their way through the claims process and court system.
In 2018, he opened an office on 110 West Street in Towson, Maryland.
He is a member of the Baltimore City Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Maryland Association of Justice (formerly Maryland Trial Lawyers Association) and the Maryland State Bar Association.
He is a member of the Maryland State Bar, United Stated District Court for District of Maryland, Federal Bankruptcy Court Bar, and has had cases proceed all the way to the United States Supreme Court.
